Le SlowUp is a unique event in Switzerland that transforms roads into car-free spaces for a day, dedicated to cyclists, pedestrians and rollerbladers. Born in 2000, the concept invites participants to discover the Swiss regions in a fun way, taking time to enjoy the scenery without the pressure of car traffic. The SlowUp is the ideal opportunity to spend a day with family or friends, while enjoying sporting activities and moments of relaxation.

The event takes place over several dates and in different regions of Switzerland, allowing everyone to take part close to home. Each SlowUp offers a signposted route, generally between 20 and 30 kilometres, suitable for all levels. The routes take in picturesque villages, sparkling lakes and lush green hills, offering a real immersion in the country's natural beauty.
