Rules for advertising on La Bonne Roue
We're delighted to help you sell your vehicle. To ensure the best possible experience for all our users, please observe the following rules when placing your ad.
1. Ad information
- Ad title : The title should be clear and precise, describing the vehicle in a few words (e.g. "Renault Clio 2018 - Good condition").
- Description : Provide a detailed description of the vehicle, including :
- Make, model, year
- Mileage
- General condition (new, used, etc.)
- Maintenance history
- Options and equipment
- Selling price
2. Photos and videos
Photos : You can add up to 12 photos. Make sure the photos are :
- Good quality and well lit
- Representative of the vehicle's actual condition
- Including images of the interior and exterior of the vehicle
- Do not contain watermarks or personal contact information
Videos : You can add up to 2 videos. Videos must :
- Present the vehicle from different angles
- Include footage from inside the vehicle
- Do not exceed 20 seconds each
- Contain no offensive or inappropriate content
3. Ad categories
- Make sure you publish your ad in the correct category for the type of vehicle you are selling (car, motorbike, lorry, etc.).
4. Contact information
- Provide valid contact information so that potential buyers can reach you easily.
- Do not include personal information directly in the title or description of the advert.
5. Rules of conduct
- Truthfulness : All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
- Ownership : You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have authorisation to sell it.
- Language : Use courteous and respectful language in all communications.
- Spam : Do not post more than one ad for the same vehicle. Duplicate ads will be deleted.
6. Compliance with the law
- Advertisements must comply with the laws in force, including those concerning the sale of vehicles and consumer protection.
7. Moderation
- La Bonne Roue reserves the right to modify, suspend or delete any ad that does not comply with these rules, without prior notice.
8. Liability
- La Bonne Roue declines all responsibility concerning the veracity of ads published by users. Sellers are solely responsible for the information provided and the transactions carried out.
